Returns & Exchanges

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. Please allow 2-7 business days for this process.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
• Returns are eligible for store credit (no restocking fee) or a refund ($5 restocking fee applies).

• Please note that Final Sale items, including discounted or clearance products, are not eligible for return.

• International returns are accepted; however, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

• Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with detailed photos of the affected areas. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
