Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery within Canada.

International orders may take 7-20 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

Alif tots is proud to offer free shipping on orders of $70 or more across Canada and the USA. For all other orders, we offer greatly discounted shipping rates, too.

We pack and ship orders, typically within 1-3 business days – often getting them out the door the same day or next day!

We ship primarily with Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and UPS based on cost, destination and availability. 

Local pickup is available in Brampton and Orangeville, Ontario.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to their order. Please be aware that customs processes can sometimes cause delays, which are beyond our control.

Returned Mail:

Please double-check the accuracy of the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for missing or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information. If your package is returned to us, you may choose to pay for reshipping, or opt for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
